1 MAGA icons flip the script
Steve Bannon and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, once staunch pro‑Israel voices, are now publicly condemning Israel’s conduct in Gaza and questioning its justification

2 Greene breaks party ranks
Greene became the first Republican in Congress to call Israel’s actions genocide, explicitly denouncing a colleague’s call to “starve away” Gaza’s civilians

3 Trump acknowledges starvation in Gaza
Breaking with Israel’s denial, Trump himself said children are clearly starving—and urged immediate humanitarian aid centers
4 Randy Fine backlash
Republican Rep. Fine’s social‑media post urging starvation until hostages are freed sparked outrage—even among MAGA stalwarts

5 Republican division laid bare
Traditional conservative hawks like Lindsey Graham still support Israel strongly, while younger or “America‑First” figures push back—favoring restraint and humanitarian focus

6 Polls show drop in US support
A Gallup poll finds overall US support for Israel’s Gaza campaign at just 32%. Among Republicans, support is 71%—the lowest since the war began The Guardian
7 Trump administration playing catch‑up
While Trump’s envoys maintain formal support for Israel, the President’s own recent shifts—like proposing new food distribution centers—suggest rising influence from the pro‑Palestine/Gaza humanitarian message within his base
Yeah MAGA is starting to distance itself from Israel

Most Republicans, Conservatives, Christians, Jews believe unless Hamas is out of the picture its not over. Even Saudi Arabia is for a state solution without Hamas. It's been offered 5 times and Hamas is not going anywhere.
ReplyDeleteNow Isreal is going back in with troops to stay there.6 times Benjamin Netanyahu has been elected.
It's like Trump being elected because 150 million Americans want strict bode4 control and immigration. We dont want what's happening in Europe here. So I believe He and many believe until Hamas is out of there, Isreal won't stop. Would Saudi Arabia take the Arabs from Gaza no.
One thing that is opening my eyes some is what's going on with the West Bank and the Settlers and how they just take land and build. Saw settlers breaking olive tree branches and how the Jews do treat the Muslims there.
This is a long, long, long drawn out war or fight that goes back for thousands of years.
Also .1.3 Billion muslims and say even 10% are radical that's 110 Million and we are not compatible with them at all and Muslims who are Sunni and not radical maybe fine.
If I lived in a town where I got yelled at for walking my dog, eating a pork pulled sandwich or had my wife call a whore for wearing slacks or shorts. Where i couldn't listen to 70s Rock, drink wine, dance its not compatible and I think we have a world that is split right now.
Hey great writing and making valid points. Also dont see this as really dividing Republicans, we are more concerned about America First like the point you made which is spot on..I think we realize we will disagree but have to focus on what's the most important for America and we are watching The UK and Europe and the mess migrants and even third world Muslims coming in and raping young girls, wanting to marry young and then they dont assimilate they want you to do as they say and my family has been in America since the 1600s been in every war up until the Gulf and this is my country.....
Best to u and Yours.
